Dear Robin,

Thank you for your prompt response.

The attendees will be myself and XXX, retired Army LTC. XXX also worked for MPRI and the Sandi Group in Baghdad. He just returned from Iraq last month and is working for us full time.

The purpose of the meeting this week is to understand your Desert Lubricant Testing Program. We received an overnight letter (Thanksgiving Eve) from Joseph Bowers. The report we received was dated November 18, 2004.

Lew Ashley has told me twice that you are our POC for the Desert Lube testing program. That is why I copied Lew and Schexnayder.

Can we meet this Wednesday around 11:00?

Thank you for your continuing support!

Dear Mr. Giordano,

I serve as the contract specialist to ensure that all contract rules and regulations are adhered to, and I have no technical insight into the reports provided to you concerning the Desert Lubricant Evaluation. We have been handling such requests as yours by asking for specific questions, which will then be turned over to technical POCs for a response. These questions and answers will then be made part of a published record available for all vendors to review in the near future. If you could provide a listing of your inquiries or concerns, I will be more than happy to direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Thank you for your interest in this program.

Dear Robin,

Thank you for obtaining the information for your response.

I had previously sent questions (as you are suggesting) to Mr. Schexnayder and Lew Ashley pertaining to the simulated testing. I will be emailing you their files over the course of the day. Please let me know if you have any CC addresses for these files? All of your requested question will be there plus the appropriate background materials for your convenience. This will be great. Thank you!

Is your group suggesting we are not allowed a brief visit at APG to discuss a study/simulated testing with anyone? and all MILITEC efforts relating to this study has to be done thru you with advance questions? I would also assume the follow up questions will be dealt with in the same way?

I would appreciate a prompt reply.

Thank you in advance for your continuing support!

GO ARMY.....!

Dear Mr. Giordano,

Thank you for your inquiry.

In response to your second paragraph, you may send your questions directly to me. You need not CC your questions to any other addresses. I will respond as quickly as possible to those questions.

In response to your third paragraph, you are correct, requested visits are not being considered at this time. Also, in response to your statement that "all MILITEC efforts relating to this study" must be processed through me, is not necessary as I am unaware of any on going effort with your company under Agreement Number W911QX-04-GLD-02-004. As you were informed by certified letter November 18, 2004, your product was not selected for advancement to the second phase of testing.

Robin

Dear Robin,

My last name ends with an "i" not an "o" as you have used twice. I'm sure it was a mistake.

Since we were not selected for advancement and you are "unaware" of any ongoing effort with Militec, Inc., I will not send you the files as your message somewhat suggests.

The harmful actions by your group are being referred to Congress.

Its a sad day for our troops when the people that are supposed to protect them duck and hide behind unique Military Specifications and ignore the changing circumstances that our troops encounter.

Reform is on the way!
